Vegan French Toast

Are you ready for some delicious french toast? These are not your ordinary french toast! These are fluffy, mouthwatering & delightful french toast not made with any animal products. Yes, this makes them vegan. Don’t worry, you won’t even know the difference or maybe you might but because you will love these more! 

Serves: 2-3 people 

Prep time: 10 min 

Cook time: 5-10 min 

Total time: 15-20 min  


Ingredients:

Love 

Bread - I recommend sourdough

Plant-Based Butter 

1 cup Oat Milk 

4 tbsp Brown Sugar 

1 tbsp Chia Seeds 

2 tbsp Flaxseeds 

3 tbsp Cinnamon Powder

Optional but recommended toppings: 

Powdered Sugar

Dates 

Banana 

Any Berries  

Syrup

Let’s go:

1. Take a deep breath & exhale! Start to feel love, then pour your love into your cooking.

2. Mix all batter ingredients into a shallow dish (Oat milk, brown sugar, chia seeds, flaxseeds, cinnamon). Let it soak for 5-10 mins.

3. Take your toast & soak it into the batter. Be sure to soak both sides.

4. Heat your pan with some vegan butter, then place your wet toast to cook until they get golden brown.

5. Serve then on a plate. Option to sprinkle some powdered sugar, add some diced dates, banana & any berries any you might have. Lastly, sit down & add some syrup!
